Lead UX Researcher on the E-Commerce platform
Led the team by conducting user research for their E-Commerce B2B platform, translating complex business requirements into organized research plans with actionable recommendations.
Conducted both internal & external user research to understand the value of a legacy e-commerce product to help guide the business towards user centered design decisions for the newer e-commerce platform.
